Starting Monday 14th April, I am so excited to re-start ‘Monthly Evening Yin Yoga Classes’ at Branston Village Hall.
What is Yin Yoga?
Based on Chinese philosophy Yin Yoga is a slower form of practice, holding postures for longer, centring on muscles, deeper into the connective tissue and is often called ‘yoga of joints’.
Benefits:
Endless ! Yin yoga can help improve flexibility, range of motion and release tension. The calming, soothing nature serves as an antidote to busy lives to help leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and balanced.
Suitable for absolutely anyone, beneficial to all from athletes to those who have a more sedentary lifestyle.
